The Mondrian theme is a wonderful and fun idea! Each square could be a video feed if it wanted to! I think flash is ok with incorporating videos into the animations...of course you probably couldn't send it live feeds from the AG...or can you? But at least you could use some pre-recorded clips from the rehearsals and paste them in.
